Returns & Refunds
For online purchases at eksbrand.com, EKS Brand will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original order invoice.
Full-price merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery from eksbrand.com.
Sale merchandise and promotional items must be returned exclusively to eksbrand.com within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at any EKS Brand authorized stores, dealers, or distributors.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the product and packaging remain intact.
EKS Brand reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at EKS Brand’s sole discretion.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards
Merchandise returned to eksbrand.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For returns, our customer support team will issue you an RA number (Return Authorization) and return shipping instructions.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
